Roberto Masson, a retired firefighter, knows what it means to serve his community. While pursuing his firefighting career in 2010, he founded RFM Landscaping in 2007, balancing 24-hour shifts as a firefighter with growing his landscaping business during his days off. His commitment to excellence and leadership laid the foundation for RFM Landscaping’s success. Today, Roberto leads the team with a hands-on approach, overseeing project estimates and supervising the crew to ensure every detail is handled with care and professionalism.
Kimberly Masson, a retired TSA agent and Homeland Security officer, is the wife and partner of Roberto in leading RFM Landscaping. Together, this husband-and-wife duo combines their unique skills and shared passion for quality service to ensure the business thrives. While Roberto manages on-site operations, Kimberly oversees daily office administration, keeping the business organized and efficient.
